Oestro Cream - How It Works

The active ingredient, Pueraria Mirifica is an indigenous herb of Thailand, known as "Kwao Kreu Khao" in Thai. It belongs to the family Leguminosae, subfamily Papilonaceae. Active components such as purerarin, daidzein, daidzin, genistein and genistin (isoflavones that posses the highest estrogenic activity) are found in the tuberous root in this plant. The shape and size of the tuberous root are diverse depending on the environment in which it exists.

Traditionally, in Northern Thailand, Pueraria Mirifica is consumed regularly by Thai women. The root is sliced and sun-dried, the powdered tubers are typically mixed with honey to give peppercorn-sized pills which taken once-a-day at night time for 3-6 months, are reputed to possess a range of remarkable properties. The benefits reported included breast firming, enhancement, moisturizing and softening of skin.

Studies have shown that Pueraria Mirifica contains high concentration of Phytoestrogens, such as Miroestrol and Deoxymiroestrol.

What is Phytoestrogen ?

Phytoestrogens are chemicals naturally found in plants having similar chemical structure with estrogen. They are not hormones and therefore not to be confused with synthetic hormones or even human hormones. Phytoestrogens are weak estrogen and have a balancing action on the hormonal system, they can function both as estrogen agonists and antagonists, therefore they do not over stimulate the hormonal system; consequently they provide estrogenic benefits without health risks.

The effects of Phytoestrogens on tissues include:

  • Increase breast fat tissue
  • Increase cell growth in the epidermis
  • Synthesis of collagen (the main structure of protein of the dermis)
  • Synthesis of hyaluronic acide (main component implied in the dermis hydration)
  • Maximize blood flow and estrogen distribution throughout the breast tissue, promoting the development of female secondary sexual characteristics, such as breasts.

* For what kind of complants should I use Oestro Cream ?

What is Phytoestrogen?

Roots of the plant include Phytoestrogen. It is a herbal source which is not a hormone it self or does not include any hormone.
This effect comes from isoflovans like daidzin, daidzein genistin, genistein and puerarin, and natural chemicals like miroestrol and derivatives, beta-sitositerol, stigmasterol, coumestrol, puerarin, irificoumestan, kwakhurin ve mirifisin. Other benefits of these have been found by the scientists, such as;

- Helping in saving all the female characteristicsOestro Cream
- Helping in renewal of the body
- Helping about antimenopouse
- Helping in forming the breasts
- Helping in regeneration of the skin
- Helping in anti aging
- Helping in blood circulation
- Helping in memory ?
- Helping in improving of skin color
- Helping in reducing the wrinkles
- Helping in reducing cataract partially
- Supporting the skin around the breasts especially
- Fighting the whitening of the hair early
- Helping in strengthening and darkening of the hair
- Helping in increasing the energy and desire

Researchs about this plant were started in 1941 and reported that it had a drastic estrogen effect. Miroestrol and its derivatives are very valuable natural chemicals and they increase the estrogenic and mamogenic effects on breast enhancing and tissue forming.

When a young girl comes through the puberty, her ovaries start to secrete estrogen which causes many changes in the body like enhancing of the breasts. This growth completes when the fat tissues and channels formed. When a woman gets through menopouse, estrogen level decreases drastically.By this decrease, breast tissue also declines and connective tissues lose their humidity and elasticity. This ends with sagging in breasts paralel with the age of the woman.

Difference between soy and Pueraria Mirifica :

Soy used for health in West includes small amount of estrogen. It does not include miroestrol and its derivatives like Pueraria Mirifica. Its benefit for the body is less according to the researchers. Because it is confirmed by the researchers that miroestrol and its derivatives are strong natural chemicals against breast cancer, prostate hyperplasia, colon cancer and osteoporosis. Moreover, ıt has a role in reducing cholesterol level in cardiovascular diseases and is effective on menopousal syndromes.

PUERARIA MIRIFICA IMITATES ESTROGEN IN HUMAN BODY, TRIES TO FULFILL ESTROGEN LOSS, AND HELP CELL RENEWAL.

What does “an active ingredient in a necassary amount in cream” mean?

The amounts of active ingredients in the products are only mentioned on their formulas. These amounts and formulas are not included on the boxes. Oestro cream includes a high concentrate and the highest amount of 10 % of active ingredient that World health criteria and regulations allow. That’s why, its effects are faster and permanent.Using less amount of the same active ingredient may cause vanishing of the effects easily or getting results in a very very long period.

HOW SHOULD I USE OESTRO CREAM ?

A. Sagging and fade out after lactation, wrinkles and contractions in nipples : Users mention that using the cream for 2-3 months (2-3 boxes) helps firming and lifting of the breasts. It should be used on both clean breasts by a soft massage done with finger tips in morning and evening every day. Since the metabolisms show differences, it would not be right to give a certain time to get an effect. Researchs done on active ingredient showed an 80% success.

* 1 box of the product will be enough for 25-30 days if it is used properly ( amount will be as a pea)

B. Deformation and sagging caused by fast weight changes : This group is related to the one above but also the aim is to firm, lift, shape, give fullness and elasticity. It is recomended to use the product 2-3 months (2-3 boxes) regularly both in the mornings and evenings.

* 1 box of the product will be enough for 25-30 days if it is used properly ( amount will be as a pea)

C. Post menopouse (right before menopouse) : This is a user group using the product to delay the menopousal syndromes which may occur by the age of 40. when the secretion of estrogen decreases, balance in the women’s body is overwhelmed. Phytoestrogen does not include hormone. It is a natural source of which molecules resembles estrogen molecules. In woman’s body, it inhibits the estrogen centers in the breasts, genital area (groin)and make them secrete estrogen. As opposed to the drugs including hormones, food supplements and other products, it helps women’s body to secrete its natural estrogen hormone. By this way, it prevents the body from the adverse effects such as edema, weight gain or some undesired nodules. In this period, it is recommended women to use a phytoestrogen like Oestro cream on the mentioned areas above. Once a day, or once in 2-3 days in a fingertip dosage would be enough.

* 1 box of the cream would be sufficient for 1 to 3 months.

D. Usage during menopouse and after : There is no disadvantage uf using this cream in this period. Effects to be obtained can vary. For example, firming or lifting of breast tissue is not expected during this time. However, Oestro cream can be used in neck and arm sagging, low-necked area (between breast and neck) as an antiaging material. It can be used also in case of vaginismus by using it twice a day to groin area.

* 1 box of the cream would be sufficient for 1 to 3 months.

E. Conservation dosage (in order to keep the positive results) : Oestro cream is not a drug. It is a special herbal and cosmetic cream produced with a high technology. It is produced to improve the breasts which are estetically important for women, and keep it that way without giving any harm. Besides, it helps to get the above benefits by its herbal content. As we need to use a moisturizer for a long time (may be a life time), oestro cream is also used intensively in the beginning until you get the results and used occasionally (once in 2-3 days) later.

* 1 box of the cream would be sufficient for 2 to 3 months during conservation period.

NOTE : Metabolisms may differ. Effects of the cream may vary depending on the metabolism, age, genetic and even social factors of the users. Oestro Cream is a bodyfriendly product without any adverse effect and introduced to women after studies done for many years.

Visible Enhancement On Breast Size With Improvement In Skin Elasticity, Lightness And Moisture

Mechanism of breast development

As a girl approaches adolescence, the ovaries start to secrete estrogen, inducing many changes in the body such as breast enlargement. In the connective tissue of breast fat begins to accumulate and the duct system begins to grow.

By the time a woman reaches menopause, the level of estrogen begins to decrease dramatically. With this reduction of circulating estrogen there is a reduction in the glandular tissue of the breast. The connective tissue of the breast becomes dehydrated and inelastic. This leads to the “sagging” of the breasts often associated with women of this age.

Effects of estrogens on breast volume: Possible mechanisms

Estrogen effects on breast development are not yet completely understood. Many types of the cells present in breasts are estrogen responsive. Estradiol acts on cells through binding to specific receptors ER? and ERß. Fat accumulation induced by estradiol can be explained by its binding to the ER? receptors on adipocytes (fat cells) enhancing the number of ?2a adrenalin receptors. These receptors block the lipolysis, allowing accumulation of fat. Then estrogen action results in adipose tissue development, enhancing the volume of breasts.

Fortunately, this fat tissue increase is accompanied by an effect of estrogens on fibroblasts, the cells that synthesis collagen fibres which ensures the firmness of the breast. Estrogen also stimulates the growth of epithelial cells forming the milk ducts, thus developing the canal system and the rate of injunction. Interestingly, estrogens stimulate the growth of nerve fibers that can secrete a factor called CGRP which has vasodilatory function, increasing blood flow necessary for transport of the nutrients used for cell metabolism and milk formation during suckling.

In summary, estrogens stimulate the breast tissues thus leading to harmonious development of the breasts.

Effects of estrogens on delaying skin aging

Estrogens are known to increase cell growth in the epidermis, synthesis of collagen (the main structure protein of the dermis), and synthesis of hyaluronic acid (the main component implied in the dermis hydration). Estrogens are also known to reduce the size and activity of sebaceous glands. At the opposite, androgens are hormones that cause enlargement of the sebaceous glands, increase sebum production, and induce production of enzymes that degrade collagen in the dermis. Although estrogens can have a direct effect on skin cells, through a binding on specific receptors, they act as competitors of androgens, limiting the negative effects of these male hormones. After menopause, the rate of circulating estrogens is decreased and the counter effect on androgen actions progressively disappears. Therefore, aging of skin is accelerated. Hormone therapy using estrogens proposed to women can help to preserve a younger skin.

Phyto-mediator mechanism

Plant based mediators were first isolated in 1933. In 1950, more than 100 plants with receptor-activator effects were identified. In cosmetic industry, skin care products with ingredients working on epidermis receptors are now widely available to delay skin aging, to reduce appearance of wrinkles, and to enhance breast. Studies with phyto-mediators have shown regenerating effect on the skin, similar to estrogenic activities.

Isoflavones, one of the most important phyto-mediators, having similar chemical structure with estrogen, provide competitive binding to estrogen receptors, which induce or inhibit estrogen action. It is reported that isoflavones show stronger binding to estrogen receptor beta (ERß) than estrogen receptor alpha (ER?). This provides estrogenic benefits without health risks. In addition, the actions of isoflavones take place in conjunction with other phyto chemicals which are safe, beneficial and synergistic.
